Website migration and relaunch of this historic, Vancouver racquets and athletics club to a mobile responsive platform, including refreshed brand positioning and video production. This comprehensive project included a revamped front-end guest user experience, back-end member CMS interface, update of member communications, and the launch of a new mobile app.
Despite some unique challenges due to COVID, Susie and her team were able to successfully launch our new website and mobile app. As promised, the functionality of both our public and member website platforms has really elevated the user experience, and the new, professional look and feel has definitely enhanced our brand identity. Feedback from new and existing members has been very supportive and positive.
